My on-site radio ad message gives me the chance to introduce myself to all the buyers out there. I always include my home phone number so buyers call me directly. This service lets me present a verbal walk- through of the home, with just enough information to whet a buyer’s appetite. One buyer recently told me, "Your in-car radio message made us really want to see the inside of that home!" I'm always cheerful and upbeat on my messages - they choose to meet with me, and choose me as their Realtor over another agent. Cookie Palinski, Long & Foster, Schrewsbury, PA |

...No paper in front of my listing, people just need their car radio. My messages include all the answers I would expect a buyer to want, plus a description of all the hidden features. When I get calls from buyers who heard this feature, they are well qualified. And they always comment how much they appreciated the convenience. Rob Merriman, Coldwell Banker Pro West, Medford, OR |

I recently moved to another state and had to start my real estate career all over. I got my first listing, and used an micro-radio transmitter the next day. The phone started ringing off the hook! Not just buyers - I’m talking sellers - wanting to know how they could get one for their home! Now I'm known as the Realtor with the houses that talk! My favorite story using on-site radio involves clients selling an investment property, which was vacant at the time of listing. They lived next door to the property, and one of the sellers was retired and spent a lot of time at home and in the garden. He kept a radio at home tuned to my transmitter and would watch buyers ‘tune in,’ get out of their cars walk around the property and check it out. The ultimate buyers did just this, before writing their contract. My seller’s letter of recommendation reads ‘...nothing like advanced publicity!’ I have had 3 more transactions with them and plenty of good referrals that have resulted in commissions. By the way, my latest house using personalized radio sold in one day. Plus, I had a nice feature article in the Wilmington News Journal. Michael Arant, RE/MAX Central, Bear DE |

With ads on my very own station, they can listen to the radio in the safety of their car and hear all information pertaining to the house. They get comfortable with the friendly voice they hear right on their car radio. So when they call you, they have made an informed choice to move forward. And they are more open to make a decision on the house they have heard about. And if you have taken advantage of having a lender co-advertise on the message, they also have an easy way to see if they qualify for the home in one stop shopping. For today’s fast pace of life, this is the only way to go! " Stella Caluya, Prudential, Sacramento, CA |

I had a home located at the end of a long private road. After a summer storm, the road was blocked with several fallen trees. I hired a farmer to cut and clear those trees. He checked the house after clearing the road, and listened to my personalized radio message. He thought the concept was so unique, he brought his wife back the next day and they bought the home! A nice unexpected double-sided sale for me." Lois Boydston, RE/MAX American Dream, Escanaba, MI

As best we can calculate, our radio transmitter had only been in
place about TEN MINUTES before it delivered its first buyer...And it
paid for all of them!

| When I use personalized radio, I get
the lion's share of sign calls. This great service has finally solved the
problem of how to impress buyers and sellers enough that they actually
call me instead of someone else. It works.
