REASONS people WILL NOT leave their vehicle to enter your business

If any of these conditions prevail; you risk the chance that potential customers will drive-away without entering your property.

          Weather
  • If it’s too hot to get out of the car...Or it's too cold, or too rainy, or too windy, or too dark, or too humid.

    Health

     

  • If the prospect is sick, but still needs to house hunt.
  • It's an alert day and the prospect has severe allergies.
  • If the prospect is overweight or handicapped making a short walk a burden.

          Personal

  • When the prospect is too tired to leave the car.
  • When the prospect doesn't have enough time to go inside.
  • When the prospect has kids in the car.
  • When the prospect is just plain lazy.

          Circumstantial

  • If there's not enough finished construction to warrant getting out of the car.
  • If the prospect wants to cover many properties in a short time.
  • It’s obvious from the outside that the business is closed...i.e: on holidays.

  • If it's before or after sales hours.
